terms and Conditions for Regular Window Cleaning Services

  1. Scope of Services
    We provide professional window cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include cleaning interior and exterior windows, frames, and sills. We use professional-grade cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure a streak-free finish.
  2. Service Frequency and Schedule
    • Regular window cleaning services are provided on a week tiered basis (e.g., 4 weekly, 8 weekly or 12 weekly).
    • We will notify you before each booking so you know to expect us.
    • We may adjust the schedule at any point; in which case, we will let you know.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    • Our prices are based on the size of your property, the number of windows to be cleaned, frequency of cleaning and the complexity of the job (e.g., any extensions or conservatories, access etc).
    • We offer fixed pricing for regular window cleaning services. Prices will be clearly communicated prior to commencing any work.
    • Payment is due upon completion of each scheduled visit. We only accept GoCardless payments for regular window cleaning customers
  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    • You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your window cleaning appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
    • If you need to skip a scheduled clean you will be charged x1.5 for the next clean, if the subsequent clean is skipped, you will be charged x2 for the following clean.
    • If you cancel 3 cleans in a row we may terminate our arrangement due to price of cleans being based partly on frequency.
    • If you wish to cancel a regular cleaning contract, please provide at least 14 days’ notice in writing.
  5. Access to Property
    • You must ensure that access to the windows is clear and unobstructed before our arrival. If our team cannot access the windows due to obstructions, we may not be able to clean all of the windows and will not reduce our fee in this case.
    • Please ensure that any dog mess is picked up or we may refuse to clean the windows and you may still be charged.
    • If a gate is locked we will clean the accessible windows and charge accordingly.
  6. Liability and Insurance
    • We are fully insured and take great care while cleaning your windows. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your windows, frames, or property.
    • We will not be liable for damage to windows or surrounding areas caused by external factors (e.g., weather, aging materials, or faulty window frames).
  7. Weather Conditions
    • Window cleaning services may need to be rescheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain, snow, strong winds). We will notify you promptly of any changes due to weather.
    • We will not clean windows in dangerous weather conditions to ensure the safety of our team.
    • We will still clean windows in the event of light rain showers, or intermittent rain.
  8. Satisfaction Guarantee
    • If you are not fully satisfied with our window cleaning service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge.
    • If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future services.
  9. Health and Safety
    • We adhere to all health and safety regulations, especially when working at height. We ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to protect both our team and your property.
    • For safety reasons, customers should keep pets and children away from the cleaning area during the service.
  10. Privacy and Data Protection
    • We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will only be used to process and fulfill your window cleaning service requests and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
    • By booking our services, you consent to our use of your contact details for service-related communications.
  11. Additional Services and Charges
    • If you require additional services (e.g., cleaning of skylights, conservatories, or high windows), these will be quoted separately.
    • Extra charges may apply for windows that are excessively dirty or difficult to access.
  12. Force Majeure
    • We will not be liable for any failure to perform services if such failure is caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
