- Scope of Services
We provide professional gutter cleaning, including the removal of debris from gutters, downpipes, and drains. Additional services, such as gutter repairs and external gutter cleaning may be available upon request and will be quoted separately.
- Pricing and Payment
- Our prices are based on the size of the property, access and the condition of the gutters. A detailed quote will be provided before work begins.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment via cash, GoCardless, or bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur a 5% fee per week on the outstanding amount.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or changes to the appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Access to Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area around the property is clear of obstructions such as vehicles, garden tools, pets and other obstacles before our team arrives.
- Liability and Insurance
- We carry comprehensive public liability insurance for peace of mind. While we take care to avoid damage, we are not liable for pre-existing issues or damage not caused directly by our work.
- We are not responsible for any damage to your gutters or property that arises from pre-existing conditions or previous repairs.
- Weather Conditions
- In cases of adverse weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, the work may need to be postponed. We will contact you promptly to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will either resolve the issue or offer a partial refund based on the service provided.
- Regular Maintenance Plans
We offer annual gutter cleaning and maintenance plans to ensure your gutters remain in optimal condition. Contact us for more information on these services and to schedule regular cleaning.
- Health and Safety
Our team adheres to strict health and safety protocols when working at height. We ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety during the cleaning process.
- Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of processing your request and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
