Sam is great. A perfect trades person, considerate, conscientious and thorough. He came and cleaned the outside of our house, yes our house! It is rendered and discoloured through dirt build up and it looks brand new. He cleaned the gutters as well. Very polite and kept in contact from quote through to arrival and finish. Perfect job, see for yourself in the photos, the patches in the clean version it where it is still drying out
